1. How do I know my African size?
Mieko Michi sizing is clearly stated. Just like the other size charts you are used to besides you can always message us if you are not sure. We are here for you. Also, a size chart is included in each product listed in the store.
2. Is it safe to pay with card on this site?
Yes. All card info and data you enter during payment are encrypted. Your private information such as credit card, password entered is known only to you. You can verify any site security by clicking on the padlock at the web address bar. Shop your beautiful African dress securely with peace of mind.
3. Which Courier Company does Mieko Michi use?
For shipment outside Nigeria we use DHL. For shipment within Nigeria we use local courier available for quickest delivery.
4. Can I have my choice of fabric for a style on your website different from the fabric you use to make it?
Yes, we can bring your desired design to life. Kindly talk to us first before placing an order.
5. When buyer's measurement is different from the size chart?
Customization is available.
6. What does buyer need to send for customisation?
Your basic measurement ( Bust, Waist, and Hips measurement) and your round upper arm.
7. When buyer wants to make a dress to measurement / tailor to order using her choice of African print fabric ?
Same measurement as in "6" above is required.
8. What is the Production timeline?
Our designs are hand made within 3-5 days
9. What is the Shipment timeline?
Shipping takes 1.5 - 12 days. Depending on the location. Tracking information is available.
10. How to care for my African print dresses and other women clothings in my wardrobe?
Varies as per product. Please see each product page for their respective care instructions. When not sure simply dry clean.
SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND
Your orders are sewn, handmade with love and shipped from our Sewing Studio located at 1, Olubiyi Fayinto Street, off pipeline Fagba, Iju, Lagos, Nigeria, Africa. (Our Google location plus code is M839+55 Agege, Lagos)
Items in stock usually shipped within 24 hours. Items pre-order or tailor made takes at least three production days. Most of our ready to wear designs are pre-order. Receipt of your payment and basic measurement (Bust, Waist and Hips) initiate production thus impacts production/shipment time.
Working Time: Monday ~ Friday (07:30 – 18: 15 Hours Nigeria Time)
Resting Time: Saturday & Sunday (Available on weekends subject to prior appointment)
COVID-19 Update: Due to Covid -19, our work hours are pretty flexible to cope with social distancing and workloads. Kindly book appointment before each visit for safety reasons. Online channel is available 24 hours. Shop quality and receive quality at your comfort.
Order Processing Time: If you place the order on Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays. Your order will be processed on the next working day. In some cases delivery may take a little longer than stated due to security and customs clearance. We know how important to get your orders to you promptly. Be assured of our best effort at all times. We keep you in the loop at all times

Attention: Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email. We love to keep you in the loop, thus constant update will be sent via email or Whatsapp as preferred.
1. Cancellation of order can be initiated within 24 hours of placing order.
2. Returns - Notify us immediately via whatsapp /email stating your reason for returns. A return process will be initiated to ascertain refund, return, exchange or replacement. Kindly notify us at the earliest possible time within 15 days of receipt.
Original Condition: We will accept refund, return, exchange or replacement for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by customer. For full refund or exchange, mail out within 15 days from receiving items. Items can not returned or exchange after 15 days. Item should be returned with tags attached in original packaging. Please make sure the clothing is INTACT and nothing has been cut off. Due to Covid-19, we appeal to you talk to us first. Notify us immediately via whatsapp /email stating your reason for returns.
Please contact us first to initiate a return before sending any product back to us otherwise the refund will not be processed. The customer can email to email@example.com or send a message via https://wa.me/2348032061325 or via the chat messenger on our website.
Return Shipping Cost: If it is not a seller problem, buyer pays the return shipping fee.
3. About Refund/ Return Mail Information
Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund as deem fit. This will be issued by us in 2 - 4 days.
4. Late Or Missing Refunds: We’ll let you know once we send a refund. If you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some very rare extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it.
